Storagemagus is a cloud-based inventory management platform available through mobile applications and the web. This policy applies to the Storagemagus applications, website, account services, subscriptions, support channels, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create or use a Storagemagus account, we may collect:

• Name or username
• Email address
• Login credentials
• Account preferences
• Subscription and billing-related information

This information is used to create and manage your account, authenticate users, provide customer support, and improve the Service.

Inventory and User Content

Storagemagus allows users to create, upload, and manage inventory-related information. This may include:

• Inventory names
• Product names
• Barcodes or QR codes
• Stock quantities
• Comments and notes
• Uploaded files or imported inventory data
• Team or collaboration-related information

This data is processed solely to provide the functionality of the Service.

Support and Feedback Information

If you contact us through support tickets, feedback forms, or email, we may collect:

• Ticket content
• Messages and attachments
• Communication history

We use this information to provide customer support, improve the Service, and respond to requests.

Log Data and Diagnostics

Whenever you use our Service, especially in the event of an application error, we may collect diagnostic information and log data through our systems or third-party tools. This may include:

Apple and iOS Privacy Information

This section summarizes data handling that is particularly relevant when you use Storagemagus on an Apple device.

Sign in with Apple

If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple provides Storagemagus with an account identifier and, depending on your Apple settings and what you choose to share, your name and email address or Apple private relay email address. We use this information to create, identify, secure, and support your Storagemagus account.

App Store Subscriptions

Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store. Storagemagus does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple. To provide and verify subscription access, we may receive or process the subscription product identifier, transaction and original transaction identifiers, purchase and expiration dates, subscription status, storefront or environment information, and receipt or signed transaction information. We use this information to verify purchases, provide premium features, restore access, prevent fraud, and provide subscription support.

Camera and Recognition Features

Camera access is used only when you choose features such as barcode, QR code, item-name, or expiry-date recognition. Camera frames are analyzed on your device for recognition. Recognized text or codes may be sent to Storagemagus when you choose to search, save, or synchronize inventory information. Camera frames are not added to your Storagemagus account merely because you use the scanner.

Analytics, Diagnostics, and Advertising

Firebase Analytics collection is disabled until the applicable consent process allows analytics. If enabled, it may process app interactions, feature usage, device and app information, and approximate technical information to help us understand and improve the Service. You can withdraw or change applicable consent through the privacy controls made available in the app.

Firebase Crashlytics may process crash reports, diagnostic information, app and operating-system versions, device information, and technical identifiers in release versions of the app so that we can investigate stability and security problems. We do not intentionally include inventory contents, passwords, or full payment-card details in analytics or crash reports.

Storagemagus may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Advertising consent and privacy choices are requested or made available where required. AdMob may process device, advertising, interaction, and diagnostic information according to your consent choices, device settings, applicable law, and Google's policies. Storagemagus does not use App Store purchase information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers to deliver specific functions. Depending on the platform and features you use, these providers may include:

• Apple, for Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, subscription management, and purchase verification
• Google, for Google Sign-In, Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and ML Kit recognition
• Payment processing providers, including Stripe where that payment method is offered
• Infrastructure, hosting, email-delivery, and customer-support providers used to operate the Service

These providers may process information only as needed to perform their services or as otherwise described in their own terms and privacy policies. We require service providers acting on our behalf to protect personal information consistently with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. How We Use Your Information

We may use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Authenticate users
• Synchronize inventory data
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Improve app functionality and performance

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the Service, including hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, and customer support services.

These providers may only access information necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Storagemagus, our users, or others.

Data Retention

We retain personal information and inventory-related data only as long as necessary to:

• Provide the Service
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce agreements
• Maintain security and fraud prevention measures

Account and inventory information is generally retained while your account remains active. After an account-deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize account and user-content data unless it must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or enforcement purposes. Billing and transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Backup copies, security logs, support records, analytics data, and crash diagnostics may remain for a limited period according to operational backup cycles, provider retention settings, and legal or security requirements. When immediate deletion is not technically possible, the information is isolated from ordinary use until deletion or anonymization. Retention periods are reviewed and data is not kept longer than reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.

Security

We value your trust in providing us with your information and use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. These measures may include:

• Secure HTTPS/TLS connections
• Authentication and session controls
• Restricted administrative access
• Monitoring and logging systems

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account Deletion

You may initiate account deletion from the account or profile controls in Storagemagus, or request assistance by contacting us at info@storagemagus.com.

Account deletion permanently removes or anonymizes the account and associated inventory and team data, subject to the limited retention needs described above. Deleting a Storagemagus account does not itself cancel a subscription managed by Apple or another external billing provider. To prevent future renewal charges, cancel the subscription through the applicable subscription-management service before deleting your account.

Children's Privacy

Storagemagus is intended for business and productivity use and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us.

Links to Other Sites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by Storagemagus. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policies of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites or services.

International Data Processing

Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your country of residence where data-protection laws may differ. Where required, we rely on recognized legal mechanisms and contractual safeguards for international transfers and require service providers to protect information in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
