These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Storagemagus applications, website, and related services ("Service") operated by Storagemagus ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using Storagemagus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Storagemagus is a cloud-based inventory management platform available on Android and the web. The Service provides tools for inventory tracking, barcode and QR scanning, analytics, collaboration, stock management, data imports, and related functionality.

Certain features may require an account, subscription, or Internet connection.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Keep your login information confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Storagemagus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Abuse APIs, automation systems, or security mechanisms

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files and content comply with applicable laws.

4. User Content and Inventory Data

Users may upload, create, or manage inventory-related data and content through the Service, including:

• Barcodes and QR codes
• Inventory records
• Comments and notes
• Imported files
• Team and collaboration data

You retain ownership of your content.

By using the Service, you grant Storagemagus a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of the content you upload.

5. Data Backup and Availability

While we strive to maintain reliable availability and backups, Storagemagus does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of important inventory or business data.

We are not responsible for loss of data caused by:

• User actions
• Third-party failures
• Connectivity issues
• Force majeure events
• Technical outages or maintenance

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Storagemagus may require paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Fees may be charged through third-party payment providers
• Subscription pricing may change in the future
• Taxes may apply depending on your location
• Failure to pay may result in limited access or suspension

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through the applicable platform or payment provider. Refunds are subject to applicable platform policies and legal requirements.

7. Advertisements and Rewards

Storagemagus may display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements. Reward systems, promotional rewards, virtual currency, or "Magus Coins" may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to revoke rewards obtained through abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity. Virtual rewards have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated.

8. Team and Collaboration Features

Certain features allow users to invite or collaborate with team members. Users are responsible for:

• Managing permissions appropriately
• Ensuring invited users comply with these Terms
• Maintaining confidentiality of business-related data

Storagemagus is not responsible for disputes between team members or organizations using the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, design, graphics, logos, and functionality, is owned by Storagemagus or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

• Google AdMob
• Firebase services
• Payment providers

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if:

• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
• Continued access poses security or operational risks

Users may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including limitations of liability and intellectual property provisions.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storagemagus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Business interruption
• Unauthorized access to data
• Device or software issues

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Storagemagus during the previous 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storagemagus, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Uploaded content
• Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

15. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to:
